About Me

Teddy Osei is a ceramic artist and educator. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Arts with a major in ceramics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana in 2018. He continued his academic journey by completing an MA in Art at Eastern Illinois University and an MFA in Visual Studies at Missouri State University. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Ceramics at Lincoln University-PA. Teddy Osei has received multiple awards throughout his career, including the NCCECA Multi-cultural Fellowship. His artworks have been showcased in various international and national exhibitions, including venues such as the KNUST Ceramic Gallery in Ghana, the Changchun International Ceramic Museum in China, Brick City Gallery in Missouri, NEHMA in Utah, Obelisk Home Gallery in Missouri, Corolla Gallery in Missouri, and the Springfield Museum in Missouri, among others. Notably, three of his ceramic sculpture vessels are now part of the permanent collection at the Changchun International Ceramic Museum.
